Very pleased with the service. The Technician, Alan, was prompt, courteous & helpful. He listened to our description of the problem with our drier & he conducted tests, describing each to us, to find the problem. He tried 3 parts that he had in his truck but none would fit our drier, hence he put in an order. When the part arrived, Alan called us, near 4:00 pm on a Friday, and asked if it would be ok if he came to install the new part. We appreciate his dedication and customer service.

I had a well pump failure at 1.30pm yesterday. Thanks to C&N a new pump was installed and water was back flowing before 5pm! Great job! This was the fourth time that I have used C&N over the last 20 years, and I have always been very impressed with their response time, work quality, and professionalism. I recently started an online order to purchase a new washer. I contacted Brandon at the Brockville, Ontario store to change the order from delivery to pick up. Brandon was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He made the necessary changes, sent a confirming email, and offered further assistance. I have never had such professional, courteous attention from a company’s customer service representative! I give Brandon five stars and the Brick should give him a promotion and a raise!

Hello, we moved to Portland Ontario, 2 years ago. ( 20 minutes from Smith Falls ). Tom has been looking after all our Locksmithing needs since, from re keying all our locks on our house ,after purchase, for our own peace of mind. I would like to note, that although I brought all of our locks for a re- key, Tom offered to come directly to our home, after hrs to do the job! @ no extra charge. My thoughts.. if you want a key cut for $1.50 go to C.T.C.

Beginning of July we thought our well went dry. Called Splash Well Drilling, who were already out on a job. About an hour later we got a call back. After explaining what happened, and the fact that we had added water to the pool the night before, they were told us a few things to try because he thought we might have just overtaxed the pump. I was so grateful for his honesty, he could very easily of come and re-drilled our well and we would have been none the wiser. Thank You, highly recommend.

When we moved to Athens we were not sure who would know anything about the Baxi Boiler our radiant heating system has, but Rick Hurlbert at Inter-Climate is the Boiler Whisperer. He had it apart, cleaned and running great in no time. He even inspected our propane tanks and piping and noticed our gas pressure was low, so he set that too. Everything works great! They now look after all our maintenance and repairs. Skilled Technicians, no doubt about it !

These guys are fabulous to deal with. When my furnace was red-tagged, I called them in because they didn't try to upsell me when they were here for a furnace repair. By far the best furnace and the best price (I got 3 quotes). They arrived early the next day, put down carpet protectors and began work. Within a few hours, new hi-efficiency furnace installed and we had heat for the first time in 4 days! Everyone was polite, ultra-clean, and very knowledgeable. Would certainly recommend.

They are wonderful.
My wife and I have been shopping at the North Gower Pharmacy for nearly two years, and we are very pleased that they opened in this area. They offer excellent advice, they will stock items that we need which are sometimes only carried by Shoppers HOME Centres, and they know each and every customer by name. Very rare in this day and age. Their prices are often quite a bit better than at Shoppers, and we always get a seniors discount - not just on Tuesday. Great Pharmacy.
