Check valve on pump found to be not working correctly thus laundry tubs not able to drain properly with pump cycling off and on. Cameron came and problem solved the issue to a satisfactory outcome. My husband and I live in Toronto and had a storage unit in Allison and we were positive that we had lost the key and needed the lock cut or “popped”. We needed to replace our HRV and raise the HRV ductwork before the new ceiling in our basement could be installed. Peete and Ryan of Simcoe Muskoka Home Comfort in Orillia installed the HRV and did a great job raising the ductwork. They were very knowledgeable, personable and professional, and provided great info about how the HRV, furnace and furnace humidifier worked together. Could not have asked for a more professional and thorough move. They understood the restrictions with the elevator times on the receiving end of the move, and were very accomodating to ensure the furniture was unloaded on time.
