I can only comment on customer service in 2023 as I haven't been there requiring anything complicated for quite awhile but there have been staff changes. The staff there now have been good to me, and twice lately have been very kind and helpful when I wasn't even buying anything.

This is a first class business. They did my gravel driveway and did a first class job. They have the equipment. Dr. G's office is state of the art in looks, equipment and staff. They take excellent care of my eye sight. I have Glaucoma and have had several operations to control the ocular pressure. I have a yearly examination. A few years back, Dr. G. recommended the OptoMap Machine, where he found that I have Focal Lattice Degeneration. He referred me to an excellent Opthamalogist in Victoria to repair it. I feel confident with the terrific care I receive at this beautiful, state of the art office. Awesome selection of glasses too..
