Dan, Zack and Nader installed a new furnace and Air Conditioner in our house today. My wife and I were very impressed with the speed, efficiency and quality of their work especially considering the physically tight areas in which they had to work. Cleanup was thorough and the final briefing on the operation of the new equipment was both detailed and understandable.

I'm one of Dr. Gorka's first patient (33 years ago and counting!) There's a reason I still have Dr. Gorka provide the care my body needs... Her excellent patient care, attention to detail and the mere fact she has put me back together so often over the many years! Front office staff is also very friendly! Dr. Sidhu is friendly, professional and humorous. I have been to numerous dentists and I can honestly say that I finally found a dentist who is so passionate about dental hygiene and truly loves what she does. I felt no discomfort whatsoever. Awesome experience so if anyone is looking for a dedicated dentist - I highly recommend Dr. Sidhu.

October 3 2015 we took our new puppy Sasha For the entire work on our Sasha washing, clipping to our content with there work and a wonderful job well done from the staff. She Sasha is our second pup next to Whisper who past away years ago was also groomed at Pet Smart and jobs were also well done.

My mom (who is so kind-hearted, but unfortunately a bit naive) recently answered the door to a door-to-door furnace salesperson. Somehow, she was convinced that she needed to sign a rental agreement for a new furnace (with monthly payments forever, which would have had her easily pay 3 times the value of the furnace!) and by the time she contacted me she had signed it. I immediately called JD Swallow, with whom she has had excellent service for the past 20+ years. They were quick to respond with an appointment, where the Consultant / Technician made a thorough examination of her furnace and provided her with clear options of her choices and needs. He even took the time to accept my call from long-distance to explain it all to me, and to help us cancel the initial contract my mother had signed with the other company. And all of this was free because we are a valued client. Now that we have received quality service for all these years (and my mother understands the danger of answering the door to pushy salespeople), who do you think we she will buy her furnace from when she truly does need her current one replaced? Courteous, kind, sympathetic, knowledgeable, and experienced. JD Swallow, you have our gratitude (and our business!)

Their location is interesting, too: they're in an old barn in the south-east end of Ottawa, but easy to find.
