I saw Chad for multiple visits for what ended up being diagnosed as a right hip labral tear. I woke up yesterday to flooding in my basement and immediately googled Flood restoration in the GTA. The first company that came up was 5 Start Cleaning. I called the line and Bob diligently instructed me on how he was going to remove the water from my basement. His crew arrived 20 minutes later and worked on my basement all morning. Bob provided updates and Lisa called later in the day to check up on everything. Very good customer service. I would definitely recommend Bob and his crew!

I had a visit from a raccoon in the middle of the night who tore the vent cap off. I called Jimmy the Roofer and explained the problem. He was at my door in less than 15 minutes. He was able to fix all 5 vents and add eavestrough covers along 1 side of the house which another contractor had never returned to finish. He and his partner were friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. They explained various options and let me pick what I wanted. They also cleaned up before they left.

I recently read about Panino Cappuccino in the Toronto Sun. There was an article talking about this "hidden gem". I would have never expected such a cute Italian restaurant to have been in the small Weston rd. plaza I pass by every day. Well kudos to the author because they were totally right! I decided to give it a try! I took my girlfirend one Friday night & the place was packed! We were however greeted right away and scored a corner booth! We shared the Italian Springs Rolls (UNREAL!) to start. I had the penne alla vodka and my friend had the seabass which was the special for the night. The food was exceptionally good and definately impressed my friend and I. The servers were also great & the atmosphere was very cozy. On our way out we even had the opportunity to meet one of the brothers/owners 'Fabio' who was also very nice. Can't wait to go back for more yummy spring rolls!

I received a competitive quote over the phone and one of the technicians was at my house within 3 hours and he went over the possible entry points and solutions with me. It's been 5 months now and have not had a single issue. I did have to patch up the holes where the mice were coming in from but it made it easier knowing where they were! Five stars!!! First off, I called And Googled several companies regarding condo HVAC repair that I was not pleased with until I got a hold of Home Trade Standards. Kevin and his team was very accommodating, prompt and professional. I had a broken Whalen unit in my condo and they were able to replace it with an Omega Heat Pump. Have dealt with them for 35 years, they are very helpful with problems and their service call charges are not out of line pricewise. Have had two service calls on my security system in 25 years and both times was fixed, but you can't send a truck and two service people for free. The charges were reasonable for what they had to do. Great people to deal with.
