With my husband, we have been patients of Dr. Rodriguez for over 10 years and it always has been a very positive and pleasant experience. Very pleased with the service. The Technician, Alan, was prompt, courteous & helpful. He listened to our description of the problem with our drier & he conducted tests, describing each to us, to find the problem. He tried 3 parts that he had in his truck but none would fit our drier, hence he put in an order. When the part arrived, Alan called us, near 4:00 pm on a Friday, and asked if it would be ok if he came to install the new part. We appreciate his dedication and customer service.

Excellent service. First iced them @4years ago. I knew nothing about them. Without even asking for my credit card, they offered me a loaner car as repair would take several days.
On my return to them on Wednesday of this week, with a big scratch on my brand new Venue, excellent service. They sympathized with my self caused scratch and offered to drive home. The repair was done as scheduled and once again, they picked me up. It’s definitely a family business. They always made me feel safe.

Alex was great, I was told by another tech that my heat exchanger was done and needed a new furnace, I call Alex for a second opinion and all that was wrong was the limit switch, he took the time to test everything including carbon monoxide through the house. His price was by far the best. He saved me thousands of dollars, really honest and very nice to deal with. I would highly recommend his services.
