He listened to our description of the problem with our drier & he conducted tests, describing each to us, to find the problem. He tried 3 parts that he had in his truck but none would fit our drier, hence he put in an order. After explaining what happened, and the fact that we had added water to the pool the night before, they were told us a few things to try because he thought we might have just overtaxed the pump.
