Very pleased with the service. The Technician, Alan, was prompt, courteous & helpful. He listened to our description of the problem with our drier & he conducted tests, describing each to us, to find the problem. He tried 3 parts that he had in his truck but none would fit our drier, hence he put in an order. When the part arrived, Alan called us, near 4:00 pm on a Friday, and asked if it would be ok if he came to install the new part. We appreciate his dedication and customer service.

I recently started an online order to purchase a new washer. I contacted Brandon at the Brockville, Ontario store to change the order from delivery to pick up. Brandon was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He made the necessary changes, sent a confirming email, and offered further assistance. Hello, we moved to Portland Ontario, 2 years ago. ( 20 minutes from Smith Falls ). Tom has been looking after all our Locksmithing needs since, from re keying all our locks on our house ,after purchase, for our own peace of mind. I would like to note, that although I brought all of our locks for a re- key, Tom offered to come directly to our home, after hrs to do the job! @ no extra charge. Beginning of July we thought our well went dry. Called Splash Well Drilling, who were already out on a job. About an hour later we got a call back. After explaining what happened, and the fact that we had added water to the pool the night before, they were told us a few things to try because he thought we might have just overtaxed the pump. I was so grateful for his honesty, he could very easily of come and re-drilled our well and we would have been none the wiser. Thank You, highly recommend.

When we moved to Athens we were not sure who would know anything about the Baxi Boiler our radiant heating system has, but Rick Hurlbert at Inter-Climate is the Boiler Whisperer. He had it apart, cleaned and running great in no time. He even inspected our propane tanks and piping and noticed our gas pressure was low, so he set that too. Everything works great! They now look after all our maintenance and repairs. Skilled Technicians, no doubt about it !

Started going here when it was the only option for my rats. I continued because of how amazing they treated my pets. Now I bring my two dogs, one being a new puppy. They were able to tell me exactly what his issue eating was within minutes of hearing his problems. Since the first visit he’s doubled his weight. They even encouraged me to contact his breeder in order to be compensated for his X-ray. They not only do they care about your pets but they care about you as an owner. Great vets!
