It was very nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Gave us lots of info on things to do and the best restaurants. The room was very clean and everything in it seemed to be brand new. I loved the bathroom, it was HUGE and absolutely beautiful. I never would have guessed that it looked like this, judging by the outside. Never judge a book by it's cover

My wife and went to the brick looking to purchase a bedroom set as well as a box spring and mattress. The sales lady that served us was Sheela Dabra a very knowledgeable person who knew her products and very willing to answer all our questions. This shopping experience was pleasant and yes we would come back,matter of fact my wife and will also be looking for a dinning set in the near future.

Highly recommend Safe Step in stalled sump pump, very polite workers communicated well with myself and spouse they cleaned the area that they where working in. Solved our basement water problems. Started going here when it was the only option for my rats. I continued because of how amazing they treated my pets. Now I bring my two dogs, one being a new puppy. They were able to tell me exactly what his issue eating was within minutes of hearing his problems. Since the first visit he’s doubled his weight. They even encouraged me to contact his breeder in order to be compensated for his X-ray. They not only do they care about your pets but they care about you as an owner. Great vets!

Bought a gazebo last fall. Had to wait to get curtains. They still have the gazebo with a sign "curtains not available". Spoke to Sue in seasonal and she went the extra mile to make sure I left a happy customer. Sue called this morning, my curtains had arrive. Picked them up and installed this afternoon. Thanks to Sue's efforts we will continue to shop at Rona.

I needed a gas line installed for my gas range so I called them. They were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. We scheduled a date/time for them to come by to do the work and they called a couple of times to confirm the time. They showed up at the scheduled time and the work they did was excellent quality. I found them very reliable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Roy at Avis in Kingston Ontario provided some of the best customer service that I have experienced in ages. My travel reservation agent booked the wrong Kingston location and the wrong drop off location. When Roy realized this, he came and picked me up at the incorrect location, drove me back to my meetings, and then personally went and found a vehicle that would meet my needs, and dropped it to my work to make it easier for me to depart on time.
