I've been going to Dr. Sarafov for years and I'm constantly impressed. The dental hygienists are friendly and competent, and Dr. Sarafov is both caring and knowledgable! As someone who suffers from anxiety and doesn't like the dentist - the fact that their offices are serene (and they offer nitrous gas) is a life saver! I now commute from Toronto to Oakville just to keep them as my dentist.

Access Lock & Door was readily available after hours, prompt, friendly and efficient. Service was excellent! Terry was very professional yet down to earth, and I was very appreciative of the information and advice that he provided about the importance of taking care of the locks and changing them when moving into a new place. I had a very thorough and pleasant eye exam. Photos were taken of the back of my eye as well as the layers at the back of my eye to rule out any diseases. The doctor took the time to explain everything to me. The office staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. My glasses were perfect! I would highly recommend this office.
