Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. He clearly set out the expectations, pricing and committed to doing his best to get us up and running. Vince diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair on site. Thank You DMC AUTO!!! We could not take off our tires because the last shop tightened the bolts too hard and lost the key bolt! When we went back, they could not get it off.. we went to the dealership to order another one and they couldn’t do that! Took it to two more shops and NOBODY could take off our tires!!! With Snow on the way and frustrated as ever, I was referred to DMC and all I can say is THANK YOU!! You were the only ones to really try and succeed!! Now we can drive this winter safely

Our furnace was not functioning well on Sunday. We called Lou and he sent his son Antony within 2 hours. The problem was an air duct filter which needed to be changed. There was no charge.

For Bramalea City Centre location, perhaps Good Health Mart can expand the space of their store by using some of the empty space next to them. It would be nice to see organic grocery items such as fair trade sugar, molasses, cocoa powder, cocoa butter, shea butter, alcohol-free vanilla, culinary herbs, and spices.
If Good Health Mart were to expand their space, they could sell organic milk, and eggs from pasture-raised free range animals.

Recently shopped at this store for some furniture items and happen to meet with sales person Renu there. She was very helpful and had full knowledge about furniture and other items in the store. She has very good communication skills, friendly and she made us feel very special. Took time in understanding our needs and then was very patient while we were making decision She never pushed or rushed us to complete the purchase. Juan came to fix my toilet, as it was plugged. I needed a new one. He left to buy the toilet and accessories to complete the job. He came back in a timely manner. Completed the job, cleaned up the area and took the old toilet away. I was quite satisfied, as we are seniors and could not have done this work ourselves.
