I have recommended several of my friends and family to this denture clinic and no one has left unsatisfied. I honestly do not think I would go to another denture clinic in Hamilton. They always make me happy. My friends and family have told me that their dentures that they got here are far better than the ones they had paid a lot more at their dentist. All of the staff at this clinic are excellent. They are very compassionate and understanding of each patient's level of ability throughout their recovery, and provide not only the appropriate exercises, but the much needed emotional support as well. I have had many injuries throughout my life that all required physiotherapy, and this is the only clinic I have been to that demonstrated a true "team" approach to my recovery - every individual who worked with me was excellent. I was very impressed with the service I received when I called and when I went to get the part I required, I was greeted in a very friendly manner. The young man who brought the part out was very friendly and helpful, even made sure the part was right for my vehicle.

Laptop stopped working when I needed it most. Brought it in thinking the worst, they managed to get everything off the hard drive despite it being a write off and set me up with a great laptop, made sure the new laptop was protected and ready to go. They went above and beyond, staying a few minutes after close just to make sure I was set. Amazing customer service, got me taken care of in a few hours instead of days! Cannot recommend enough, you will not get this level of service from box stores!
