We were told to call Freezie Cat to service our brand new Jenn Air oven which was not heating up. I spoke with a very pleasant & helpful woman at their office and setup an appointment in a couple of days. I had a problem with my diesel truck which showed up after a garage I had been patronizing for 6 years did some routine service. This garage was not too helpful and at one point they gave me my keys back and told be to take it to another garage. I did. Dean Listened, went on a couple of road tests with me.
