Excellent and professional work done by the staff who installed the furnace, A/C and humidifier. Polar Air Systems were on top of all that was done and constantly kept in touch to ensure we were satisfied with the work done. I was provided all the help and also answered all our questions, even provided the information needed to get the rebates, and the warranty. I would highly recommend Polar Air Systems to all my friends and family.

Fantastic company, we have dealt with them many times over the years and have never been disappointed. When our condo association changed companies last year we were surprised. We had a no heat situation the other night when we came home and called the assigned contractor after many attempts we could not even leave a message. We had an issue with a noisy furnace and could not identify the root of the problem. We called AW Mechanical who came out the next day and replaced the blower motor on the spot which solved the problem. Tony also explained what caused a blower motor in a 4 year old furnace to break down in such a short space of time. It's amazing what we don't know about some of the most expensive and important systems in our homes. Tony was on time and knew his stuff. I definitively recommend AW Mechanical.

I had call Reliance to fix my furnace, but they didn't know which part was faulty and wanted me to purchase both...I asked them to leave.
I decided to call Thermokline Mechancial and they came to my home within 2 hours, advised me which part and how much.
I would recommend them to everyone, as they are honest and real professionals.
