I would like to give a huge thank you to Austin who came to my rescue yesterday on March 15th/2025 for cleaning off my balcony, for the building I live in is infected with pigeons and squirrels and Austin was a very understanding, VERY thorough,considerate, understanding, caring worker and beyond. I called Ken this morning and left a message. He called me back within a few minutes. Ken is very knowledgeable and helpful and I trust his advice. Years ago he installed satellite service at my cottage and couldn't get a strong enough signal because of all the trees. He improvised and put the dish on the roof of the outhouse and I've had many years of great TV viewing...thanks Ken!

Have dealt with them for 35 years, they are very helpful with problems and their service call charges are not out of line pricewise. Have had two service calls on my security system in 25 years and both times was fixed, but you can't send a truck and two service people for free. The charges were reasonable for what they had to do. Great people to deal with.

Dr Adrian and his assistant Nicole are the best pair in the business. not to take away fr0m any others at thier office but those two truly are amazing. they constantly making themselves aware of your feelings and strive to make you as comfortable as humanly possible. thier confidence in themselves and one another is truly calming and relaxing. I'm not an easy patient but with those two people it's a dream to be in their office.

The employees were very helpful, I had very little to no water pressure, they stayed on the phone with me and went through all the possibilities of a solution before setting a site visit, we were able to find the problem, resolve it without the need for a service call.

My first visit to this dental clinic, from the moment I walked in I was treated like a long time friend. The front desk staff called me by name, introduced themselves, talked with me regarding the changes made due to the Covid restrictions and new processes I would be unfamiliar with. My hygienist took time to explain what she would be doing as she did it. Each staff member that entered the room, announced and introduced themselves. Direct billing and free parking was a welcomed change

Heat pump stopped working in Dec 2017. Went to two major companies in Trenton ontario.both charged me $100.00 and did nothing. They were more interested in selling me a new unit. I went to Brant and asked him for help. He came to my home and got the heat pump working well, He told me it was a good unit and suggested I go back in spring and he would give it a good check up. Brant is my place from now on.
