Excellent people to deal with. The other day in heavy fog a vehicle in front of me braked hard and came to full stop on Hwy, causing me to have to do the same. I needed an alternator for my Honda tested. Checking the reviews online I found Gold Seal had very positive customer experiences. I was not disappointed. I took the unit in and Bob led me back to a “Frankenstein Machine” where he spun up the unit, sparks flying and all, LOL! Told me the voltage regulator was shot. Peete and Ryan of Simcoe Muskoka Home Comfort in Orillia installed the HRV and did a great job raising the ductwork. They were very knowledgeable, personable and professional, and provided great info about how the HRV, furnace and furnace humidifier worked together.
