I want to say thank you again to Paul and his crew. My experience over the few days they were at my home working was excellent. Very professional. The crews represented Paul's Basement Waterproofing very well. I truly appreciated the extra things they did for me while in my crawlspace. Doing the right thing, going that extra mile really shows the level of professionalism and pride they have when on the job. Thanks again.

What can I say, every member of the team was so helpful and patient.Calls were returned so promptly that it took my by surprise. My husband recently passed away and I needed to switch from electric heating to gas in my new home.To complicate things, gas had to be brought in from the main line to the house. All this during Covid. And I know not much about arranging all this stuff. Dawn, and Mary at Warkentin were so patient with my many calls without making me feel my questions were too basic.
