I had purchased the air conditioning unit from Richard and his team last May, however due to mechanical failure, the unit had started making loud noises. I reached out to Richard and within 24hrs, he had a technician coming over to check. We had a follow up call within 2 days and the unit completely stopped operational. They delivered as promised, working into the moonlight hours to complete the project when weather and other trades caused delays. He was respectful of my property and, very importantly, my neighbour's property. He did such a great job that it landed him some work with a few of my neighbours! Excellent quality repair. My carvwas booked in when the parts were in stock and painted and when i dropped it off, they had a rental there waiting for me. This location also services my vehicles for regular maintenance like oil changes and brakes and winter tire switch over. The mechanic is very friendly
