I would like to give a huge thank you to Austin who came to my rescue yesterday on March 15th/2025 for cleaning off my balcony, for the building I live in is infected with pigeons and squirrels and Austin was a very understanding, VERY thorough,considerate, understanding, caring worker and beyond. Although I didnt end up needing a service call, they were very helpful and accommodating to answer my questions by phone. They diagnosed my issue over the phone and recommended I try a few things first, in which one of those suggestions worked. I called them back to thank them, and I would recommend their operation from a customer service standpoint.

I called Ken this morning and left a message. He called me back within a few minutes. Ken is very knowledgeable and helpful and I trust his advice. Years ago he installed satellite service at my cottage and couldn't get a strong enough signal because of all the trees. He improvised and put the dish on the roof of the outhouse and I've had many years of great TV viewing...thanks Ken!

Have dealt with them for 35 years, they are very helpful with problems and their service call charges are not out of line pricewise. Have had two service calls on my security system in 25 years and both times was fixed, but you can't send a truck and two service people for free. The charges were reasonable for what they had to do. Great people to deal with.

Best pharmacy in town by far . All the pharmacists who work there are amazing . Nothing is a bother . Have been using them for over 15 years . The store still has that old town feeling and has lots of great gift wear . If you haven’t been in or used them to fill prescriptions then give them a try .

Dr Adrian and his assistant Nicole are the best pair in the business. not to take away fr0m any others at thier office but those two truly are amazing. they constantly making themselves aware of your feelings and strive to make you as comfortable as humanly possible. thier confidence in themselves and one another is truly calming and relaxing. I'm not an easy patient but with those two people it's a dream to be in their office.

Physio Can is the most professional physio clinic I've encountered in 30 years of knee issues. When I started at Physio Can I could only climb and descend stairs with my right leg, dragging my left. Mark treated me and gave me exercises, emphasizing that I MUST do them every second day. I followed his instructions and did them faithfully. I felt improvement within a few weeks and can now climb and descend stairs using both legs. Mark's amazing.

My first visit to this dental clinic, from the moment I walked in I was treated like a long time friend. The front desk staff called me by name, introduced themselves, talked with me regarding the changes made due to the Covid restrictions and new processes I would be unfamiliar with. My hygienist took time to explain what she would be doing as she did it. Each staff member that entered the room, announced and introduced themselves. Direct billing and free parking was a welcomed change
