Wow this store deserves a high rating not a low one. After the pet store within Metrotown closed due to the strikes, this store is a bit busier than normal but still nice. The staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly and it’s worth to come in just to see the adorable animals (especially kittens) up for adoption. Proceeds from adoption go to charity too. But if you’re wanting to adopt please consider the adults cats, not just kittens who are often adopted very quickly. Lire plus

Anna provides an absolutely incredible service! She has been my dog’s groomer since 2014. During this time I had moved to Maple Ridge. I tried to find someone closer, but after a few tries I decided I will drive out to Surrey to get the best service I can.
