I called Lake Country Pest Control to deal with a problem with mice. Luke came out to deal with our problem and he was excellent. He seemed very knowledgeable, patient, and honest. He found where they were getting into our living space explained there habits and why entering here was quite common. He then did a thorough inspection outside and found how they were getting in from the outside. He remedied all of the problems and addressed all of my concerns. We had them re do our vinyl and railings on 10 balconies and 2 entryway balconies at our co op. They also repaired all the rot caused by leaks etc. We cannot say enough good things about the quality of service, products and employees. They also do an amazing job of cleanup!

Shane, a courteous and efficient company representative, gave me a booklet about what questions to initially ask about a roofing job. I also received a written estimate with two options for doing the job, both at reasonable rates. A written guarantee was delivered by Shane after the job was done. The workmen came to do the job at the time agreed upon.

Excellent customer service and workmanship. They responded quickly and were careful to explain the process and products available. The crew was organized professional and efficient. They arrived early at 7 am and worked diligently all day and completed the new roof on our house as well as replacing the old venting ducts. They cleaned up all around the house, no remnants of debris of any kind. Highly recommend the company it was a straight forward, hassle free, honest and reliable experience.
