All of the staff at this clinic are excellent. They are very compassionate and understanding of each patient's level of ability throughout their recovery, and provide not only the appropriate exercises, but the much needed emotional support as well. I have had many injuries throughout my life that all required physiotherapy, and this is the only clinic I have been to that demonstrated a true "team" approach to my recovery - every individual who worked with me was excellent. I found these guys on yp.ca, I strained my shoulder at the gym then made it worse at work.
They answered all my questions over the phone, then set up an appointment for a massage and Acupuncture treatment.
The next evening a Registered Massage therapist arrived at my front door, table in hand.
Educated me as to why my injury occurred, then suggested some exercises and stretches for me to do. He even went over them with me.
The whole experience was great!! I have a very busy schedule and the fact they came to me was a huge bonus.
I was even able to submit my invoice to my insurance for a full reimbursal.
I will defiantly be using IN YOUR HOME THERAPY again.
