I've always used going to this place as an excuse for free parking aha, so we decided to stop by! The food was average because i could make chicken fingers and pasta at home way cheaper and way more flavorful! Its just an average place with normal average food for a decently high price. I knew that its just a tourist restaurant so it didnt really bother me. the dessert was good but still pretty average. The best part is the seating and the view you get. I enjoy people watching. also the server was nice and very friendly! its not gourmet but if you want average food before going out on the town, i'd say its not too bad!

I do not regularly eat at this one. I prefer the one on Cliifton Hill in Niagara Falls. I went here for a date with my boyfriend. I was seated rather quickly and drinks were delivered quickly. I ordered their pepper pizza. Waited about 25 minutes and then got our food. It had less toppings as the picture on the menu.
The atmosphere was fine. The waitress staff were adequate.
But overall I prefer the Clifton Hill Boston Pizza. The waitress staff seem a lot happier. And the food LOOKS LIKE THE MENU PICTURES. There is quality in the food at other restaurants, not this one as much.

We were in last night, on a Friday. The service was nothing short of excellent. We were seat quickly, food arrived in record time. Every person we made contact here went above what we were excepting. They were busy but it never slow the service. The food was very good. When we return to California we will dream of eating at Boston Pizza!!!

Excellent pizza. The dough and the sauce are my favorite things about Gino's. The food comes with good service from the friendly staff.

I highly recommend this location. The staff is very friendly from the minute you walk in the door. The store is very cleanly and the product is excellent and very reasonably priced. Niagara on the lake was definitely in need of a pizza delivery place. We ordered a fairly large order and it was all made accurate, it was hot and on time. The manager was very accommodating when we placed our order and is doing a wonderful job. Great experience.

honestly one of the best pizzas I have ever had.... puts Pizza Pizza to shame with the amount of toppings you get from a Gino pizza - Rymal Road location - YUMMY!

I just ordered my favourite pizza again in my favourite place with favourite kind and friendly staff. Sonia and Yash are the nicest and most professional employees in Southern Ontario. They always greet you with a smile and a Welcome. The orders are always accurate and they will not stop until you are satisfied. I do have other Pizza Pizza places closer to my place but I would rather drive 20 kms to see them and assured that when I open the boxes the food is delicious.

I have been to Boston Pizza many times, and I have a great experience everytime. I am always satisfied with the food and the wait for it isn't that long either. If you are not in the mood for pizza, there are many other menu choices you could chose from. Pasta is always a good second choice. I personally think anything you order there you will not be disappointed.
