Great wings, good selection of food and drinks, and good price on pitchers and beer! Service is definitely better during the day if you like table service. At night, be prepared to go up to the bar to order drinks and sometimes food. My only complaint is that the shots are expensive and they seem a little on the small side. Compared to other bars, they offer a much wider selection of food and have better deals. Service is a bit lacking, however, this is a very busy place, especially past 7pm, so servers can't come by every two minutes to see you, so keep that in mind. Every one of the staff members were very courteous and attentive. My daughter had her newborn son strapped to her chest in a wrap and many staff members stopped by to see our 6 week old grandson. The manager on duty even stopped to ask how everything was. The food and service was wonderful. The food never fails to please. We also ordered takeout recently with chicken parm meal for 4. The food was average because i could make chicken fingers and pasta at home way cheaper and way more flavorful! Its just an average place with normal average food for a decently high price. I knew that its just a tourist restaurant so it didnt really bother me. the dessert was good but still pretty average. The best part is the seating and the view you get. Portions were very generous, and the flavour was more of a Canadianized Italian than authentic style. We both enjoyed or meal and the real treat came at dessert with the Chocolate Pizza - amazing and worth going again so I can introduce another to this delicacy. Went here for lunch but will not be back. I must say the food here is very good. Unfortunately the Service Manager or Waiter is very pushy and will invite himself into your conversations. He invited himself to sample our food (which we declined), he kept trying to hit on us, and stood over us until we ordered. In addition, there were 4 gentlemen just standing around the bar looking around the whole time. It was annoying. I am Italian and have been to many great Italian restaurants, but this is not one of them. It has great potential, great decor and great food but lacks in customer service.
