Me and my family were very happy to have an actual person answer the phone when our hot water tank started flooding the basement on one late Sunday night. It was a nightmare and we could not shut the water off. Their plumbing technician came right away and stopped the water from rising to what he showed us as live electrical outlets. I had no idea or even thought of that. Then to top it off he replaced our damaged electric hot water tank right then and there. I never write things like reviews or survays but I was so impressed and thankful, I feel I should let everyone know how prompt and clean the service was. They say they usually can get to you within 24 hrs normally and right away for emergency service

Toilet was clogged and had just moved into the house. Came quickly, super sweet and friendly and fast. Great guy. Suggested better toilet paper too. Big store brand was also clogging toilet. Definitely using Trevor again. Works like a charm!!

I had the absolute pleasure of doing business with Mike! I lived in an older home that was in desparate need of a bathroom reno. Mike came to my house, discussed my plans and provided me with a quote.
Not only did he install a new tub with enclosure, a new toilet and vanity set, but he also installed all the ceramic tiling as well!
Mike was very detailed oriented and cleaned up after himself as he went.
Being 1 of 2 females who have to contend with all aspects of owning a home, I was pleased to see that Mike did not treat me any differently. My advise is, if you want it done right, call Mike!

Great experience. The gentleman did a great job fixing a broken pipe in my basement wall, he was fast, didn't even cut a large hole in the drywall. I was pleasantly surprised with how small that hole was. He showed me exactly what he was doing, told me why it had to be done and was just super fast and effective. He also replaced a braided hose under my kitchen sink that was leaking and inspected the surrounding wood and advised me that the wood was ok, it just needed to dry out and then be pa

My water heater had to be replaced .It is Dec 22.I get one from Payzants. Called around for the best price to get it installed . Some nut wanted $600. plus tax , another wanted $450. plus tax and this is if all went smooth. I call Gary Dec 23 he said it is double time so his rate was $150. per hour and it should only be 2hrs .Right on the money, in and out in 2hrs. I would highly recommend him . The other plumbers just seen money,Gary seen a guy who needed help. Thank you Gary .
