We had our BRAND new truck towed because the dealer never gave us a second set of keys (back ordered fob) and the dispatch and driver were amazing to deal with. We had called Jim's Towing in the evening and were able to get them out to move a shed the following morning. Very impressed with their service. Doug from Jim's Towing assisted with this. This was a huge shed and extremely heavy. After already having a different company out who said they couldn't do it, Doug had the shed on the flatbed by himeself! KUDOS! We would definitely use their service again!

I had the pleasure of being towed by a wonderful driver of Budget Towing. He picked me up quickly and safely off the 401 during rush hour. He was professional, courteous, in uniform and made the usually unpleasant experience, pleasant. He took care of everything and eased my nerves. I will be using their service again. our experience with jay’s towing was nothing less than PHENOMINAL. we got in an accident (oopsies!) and didn’t even need to call. rob was there in LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES and was such good help. if i ever get in another accident (god forbid) i pray he is there. he giggled with us when we drove our car into the scrap yard and held a funeral, and cried with us when we had to call our parents (not really but he was awesome). if six stars was possible he’d get 7. On the eve of taking a 58 Triumph to Kingston for some work my starter motor seized. I called CAA and they sent a flatbed from Johnston's towing in Peterborough. The shop sent a fellow named Ray, who clearly had a a huge level of experience in dealing with classic and show cars. I was very impressed. Johnston's, you have a very valuable employee and I appreciated the level of expertise and experience. My car arrived at the shop in perfect condition and I have never me a friendlier guy.

Due to an issue with my alternator I had to get a tow. I called CAA spoke with Bruce. He advised me that Mccracken would be able to assist within an hour and a half. I called at 4:30 am and by 6:52 am Bill arrived. He was very pleasant, approachable and helpful. I was honestly quite impressed with the beginning to end experience that I received. Thank you Bill.
P.S. Bill is from Campbellford area and if his boss happens to read this.....he definitely deserves a raise.

Ray’s Towing came to my rescue today! I found myself stranded in Port Perry this afternoon. I called expecting I would need a tow to my mechanic’s after an unsuccessful attemp at boosting my car. Ray’s Towing was there within minutes, was very helpful and so kind!!! Within minutes he was actually able to get the car started and I was on my way! Thank you so much!! Prompt service and their serviceman Chris Davis was very pleasant. I needed a tire change along CR-45 at 8:30 PM and Chris got to us in 30 minutes. Thank you very much.
