Having recently turned 65 last week, my wife and I decided to celebrate it by a take out order. We were delighted that the owner Rhonda personally delivered it. She remembered us from many years of eating there. She wished me a happy birthday and stayed for a short visit to meet our new Newfoundland puppie.Being such a Wonderful person she also brought some free cheesecake and ravioli along with the rest of the order. Why did I go there? People need to ask themselves that question! I have been to the Guelph location several times and have enjoyed myself each time! I go there for great wings and to have a good time. Guelph has not let me down. If you are in a rush, phone ahead and they will have your order ready, otherwise don't complain. Wild Wings serve up some of the most unique wings . The wings were quite delicious, there were MANY flavours to choose from. Very unique flavours such as Thai and Raspberry and Pineapple curry! However, they tasted quite ordinary, there wasn't a WOW factor. The service was great, our waitress was very friendly and helpful. And the atmosphere was very fun. Our bill was quite expensive though; we paid $40 in total for 20 wings and 2 small iced teas. Lire plus

Just visited this reno'd restaurant. Had two orders of wings (1.5lbs for price of 1lb on Tuesdays) and some beer. GREAT wings, nice atmosphere ... very clean. Wings were hot, beer was cold. Prices reasonable. I will not go to other restaurants for wings again. This place is consistent, clean and in a good location. Lire plus

I have loved Harvey's for a long time. It is my favorite fast food restaurant. I am vegetarian and have always enjoyed the veggie burgers. They are the best. I've visited this little sub and ice cream shop many times and it always has me feeling very satisfied, and warm inside cause I was able to help out a small mom and pop shop. The man working here, whom I've yet to get his name is a vibrant heat warming fella'. Very friendly, makes you feel like a regular. The food, great! I can't believe anyone would rate this place poorly, for what it is its FANTASTIC. I've tried almost all the subs on the menu, my most recent visit I got the rib sub for myself, loaded it up with all the toppings, made a huge mess eating it and loved every minute of it. Its places and eats like this that make life all worth while, yes its a big statement I know but its truly a gem. Something has to be done right to get consistent high ratings. I was shocked to see someone write a poor review on this place knowing full well what they were getting into. These are the comfort foods that are hard to come by in this day and age with big franchised companies saturating the industry. From street meat to racks of lamb, I've had it all and this place gets my approval! I will be coming back and I'm bringing a crowd. Wheres Anthony Bourdain when you need him? p.s.
