This bridal boutique offers many surprises. The small shop quietly boasts several well noted bridal labels to choose from. The owner gently guided me through the try on and decision process. She never pressured or pushed, but gave great advise on various gowns I tried on. I did buy my gown at Richmond Hill Bridal Boutique - loved the experience, the selection, the service, the sweetest lady ever who owns the shop.... and I love my dress. Visit for a great bridal experience.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars that’s how happy I was with the staff here. Sylvia was beyond great, she worked so hard to make sure my wedding dress was everything I wanted and more. All the other places I went to did not compare to Tom Jeon. Everyone was amazing, the entire staff Chris and Silvana as well as the seamstresses who made the dress perfect. I highly recommend!

I am an Caucasian American who married into an Indian family. I was overwhelmed with the traditions and new clothing I was to wear for certain events (wedding, reception, sangeet, engagament..) When I met Rohan and is amazing family and staff, I immediately felt a sense of relief. I wanted to mix my tradition (white dress) with the indian lengha. Thoughout the entire process of designing, ordering, and delivering my dress Rohan kept me updated. Rohan delivered immensely. I am beyond happy.

My daughter recently had problems with her wedding dress bought at another salon with not so good service. After taking the dress from the other salon, as we felt we could not trust them to alter it correctly, we contacted Sally at Bliss who directed us to Cindy's Alterations but after meeting with Cindy it seemed that the dress could not be altered so we ended back with Sally to buy a second dress. Sally was so caring she realized how difficult this situation was for us. She spent lots of time with my daughter even though it was past closing time. We ended up with a second dress. The next day my daughter decided to go back to Cindy's to see if we could look at the first dress again and Cindy was able to come up with a solution. I called Sally to see if I could return the second dress and she was amazing, it was absolutey no problem. If only we'd gone to Bliss in the first place our experience would have been so much better - Thank you Sally you salvaged what seemed to be a hopeless situation. Joan Bell

I had an absolutely incredible experience at Blu Ivory Bridal! I went to 5 different bridal shops in my wedding dress shopping escapades and can safely say that Blu Ivory was by far my favourite. The entire team was very welcoming and kind, but Madison (the manager) helped me in my appointment and was literally the BEST!
