Since meeting Amanda, who listened to my needs and found the best package for me, I have been more than pleased with the establishment.
Greg, the personal trainer again listened to my needs and planned a great routine for me that makes me want to come back for another workout.
My goal is to get my body back in shape after surgery.
What I really love is the e-mails from the staff/management, asking how I''m adapting to the new lifestyle and the "hello Rita" as I walk through the door. ???

Have been a member since this club first opened and have brought many family and friends over to take advantage of the local gem. Never crowded with top of the line equipment. Ive been a member of many gyms and this one is tops!

I have been going to FBBC for over 3 years. I was debating on renewing my membership this past fall due to high turnover in trainers and a lot of repetitive work-outs. It just was not fun any more. Since Shaun and Michael took over, the atmosphere has improved dramatically!! Motivation and intensity are back! Sherri is delightful on the front desk, and sooo glad Jen is back as trainer! Love the flexibility of working out at any of their locations. Highly recommend FBBC, South is the BEST!!

Justin is a great trainer and a great individual to deal with. He has an online program that is very accommodating and he has a private gym that can be used individually or with a small group.
