I'm a residential consumer wanting to use corrugated metal to build raised garden beds. As a low volume buyer it would have been easy to not be responsive. My experience was quite the contrary - they were timely, really responsive, helpful and friendly. The product recommended worked great - good job folks!

Pascal sold me a Lennox furance and installed it, on time and on budget, he went above and beyond to get this in and working on time. The Lennox I purchased has had some issues, but it is the furnace, not the installation. Pascal has been professional and responsive to my requests with regard to this Lennox furnace. I am happy to say, he won't leave you hanging if you have an issue, he's on top of it. Highly recommend him to you.

My furnace broke down just days before our last cold snap. I had originally called another bigger company first. But after getting shuffled around, and then waiting over four days for someone to call me back I gave up and tried again. This is when a friend referred Randy at Fractal. And I’m thankful he did.
