First time coming to cardinals today. Omg! The staff super friendly.. the entrance was super clean. They looked over my car updated me right away. Didn't have to wait for my car to be checked and did exhaust repairs didnt do anthing until I confirmed for them to go ahead. Took 1 hour for repairs and there super cheap and affordable. I was expecting 500 dollar qoute nope. It was 267 with tax just shy of 300. By far the best place ever. I will be going here again in the feautre. Highly recommend.

This is the best service I have ever received and I am in my sixties. Having visited your store twice in the last week I was amazed by the caliber of service we received. Stellar. Please commend your staff. Your employee trainer needs to take a job teaching all employees of all Canadian Tire store how to treat customers. I have had several issues/repairs done on my old Montana Van this year. The current head mechanic is excellent. Very knowledgeable and understands keeping an old vehicle running. All work has been done as identified, no upcharges no hassles and the work is done right. The new staff in the Garage is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I strongly recommend. We regularly come from England to spend several weeks with family. There booking system is so easy and they even collect us from our hotel at a selected time and return us to our bus pick up point before we fly home. We almost feel like family. I bought a high mileage, older car from them with the expectations that come with that sort of vehicle. 10 days in, it dumped a quarter tank of gas onto the road. I called Parkrow, they told me to bring it back in. Ended up putting a brand new gas tank on the car at no charge because it was still under warranty. In life, shit happens; how it is dealt with is what matters and these folks stepped up, honoured their warranty and got me back into the driver’s seat. I will go back for my next car.

I just bought a tdi. My sales guy, Jacob, was first rate. We hadn't planned on closing the deal, just shopping, but Jacob was so non-pressure and had every answer that it was a no brainer. I usually like to have some inside connection and a good referral before I make such a major purchase.
