I live about 2 Kms from Canadian Tire Ajax but prefer dealing with Whitby Canadian Tire.

I was in this Canadian Tire today exchanging a door security set and I experienced customer service at such a high level. The team went beyond expectations to find the product I needed and was very positive and proactive . Great people and a great team at this store. A nice surprise.

Today was no exception with Derek and a young lady (I didn't get her name) at the counter. This location has friendly staff and go out of my way to shop at this store. The FREE tool rental is a big reason I shop here and the staff are definately knowledgable in regards to helping you troubleshoot a problem u may have. Thanks so much.
