Couldn't ask for a nicer guy. He was the only person of the ten or so I called that helped us over the phone to fix the problem, in turn saving us a ton of money. Will only ever call him for appliance repair. Amazing, knowledgable and extremely nice guy.

Great service. The technician was able to find the problem. Very nice and polite. Hopefully with the next visit we have a working fridge! Their diagnostic cost is also pretty low compared to others

We had an issue with our gas fireplace. The technicians Brad and Curtis were extremely helpful and resolved our issue with the gas valve replacement on our fireplace. They were both extremely professional and skilled. Very courteous and personable technicians. We are extremely impressed with the efficiency and quick response to our request for repairs.

The technician Justin that arrived to my house to address the issue with my fridge was not only knowledgeable but polite and respectful. Michelle, booked the appointment for the visit. Both Michelle and Justin get an A+ for their customer service skills. I highly recommend this company if you have an appliance that needs to be serviced.

They are very professional and very honest. I ask them to come
to my home to repair my Bosch dishwasher. After talked with them, they told me it is not my dishwashers problem and the problem is my drainage pipe. They told me how to fixed it and I did as they told me. The problem was solved and cost me zero penny.

I found this company doing a google search and was very pleased with the service and pricing I received. Mr Docherty came out at the last minute on a weekend and didnt charge me anything extra. I would highly recommend!!! A+++++++++++!!!

We recently moved houses and the refrigerator that we inherited with the new house would not cool
properly,and after calling many repair company's we chose Major appliance, it turned out to be a good choice
As we had just moved I was broke and could not afford to pay very
much to fix it, the repairman went out of his way to make sure
that our fridge was working again without a big repair bill ! I will
definitely call them again if we have any future problems with out

Answered my email question within an hour. "Guesstimate" to replace dryer element was +/- $200.00. Booked a time window, was at my home right at the end of the window. Very friendly. Abbi found loose wires, no need for element. Service call was 1/2 the estimate. Running like new. Highly recommend.
