I have been going to J. Max mechanical exclusively for over 25 years. When I purchased a new Civic in 2006, I skipped the dealership's mechanical section and stayed with J. Max. I'm a woman and all the staff are respectful. They don't talk down to me or over my head. You won't find a flashy waiting room, just honest work at a fair price and good employees comfortable in their work environment. And yes, my '06 Civic is still running well.

A no hesitations recommendation. I have had service from other body shops and decided to try Don Vito for a change. My job required lots of detail and was a big job. Don Vito did the job on time as promised, made sure the interior of my car was protected. Went into speedy on Saturday to repair my rearview mirror that had fallen off. I tried to repair it myself and surprisingly to no one but myself did it wrong. They informed me they could repair my mistake for $15. I thought that was a great price as it cost me $10 to do it wrong. Me and my two sons waited about 5 minutes and the repair was done. We were informed that there would be no charge and I should take the boys out for ice cream with the $15 I saved. Small acts of kindness like this need to be recognized. Thanks for making a difference.

My vehicle had been vandalized and brought to All Star Collision to have it repaired.
The quality of work was excellent and the staff was friendly, helpful courteous as well as knowledgeable. I received a loaner while I waited for the repair of my vehicle (despite not having the MPI insurance for loss of vehicle).
The only reason it did not receive a 5 out of 5 was they were a little vague on timelines and it took longer than expected.
Overall it was a great experience.
