They have a Good service. I talked to Gavin from Provincial Heating and Cooling dropped by and take a look at the project.. he explained to me the requirements and gave me a a good service.. He is professional and knowleadgable same as well with the installers.

HWT was replaced yesterday (Dec 15) by a great technician named Paul. He was courteous, friendly, professional and tidy. He answered all my questions and made a suggestion for a future repair which I will have completed by Balcean & Sons. Thanks Paul!!
It's been 15 years since my original HWT was installed by Balcean (yes, Oct 2005...I have the receipt) and the quality of work and customer service is still the same...TOP NOTCH!

CJ and Jack were great! They were able to come by within a day's notice and were knowledgeable and great to work with! The took care of warranty work for my Sta-Rite pool heater and followed up with customer service that was above and beyond what I would have expected. Highly recommended for you pool servicing needs! Dallas and team did great work for duct cleaning, new water tank installation , new toilet and sum pump installation! Their service was beyond our expectation, very fair price, quick work, great knowledge and expert advice where we needed. Will put Lynn’s company on my list for future projects and 100% will have them over for next cleaning!
