So impressed!! Gord responded same day! I left messages for other companies & NO ONE responded. When you need an appliance fixed it is typically something that you need addressed asap! He not only responded but he did trouble shooting over the phone told me a couple things to try to save me a service call. He followed up and I sent him a video. My washer is scrap, he could have came and charged me for the service call. I will now be a loyal customer! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Good honest ppl do exist

yesterday i bought a washer and dryer. Taylor at the brick was quickly available to help with the purchase. He found us the lowest price on the model that we want, he was able to get us extra savings and was done and i was out of the store in 15 minutes. This is just the way I like to do business. Tim the store manager, has an applied moral character rarely seen in any business these days. The price of the stove I bought was significantly less than retail, simply because of some very minor scuffs. The delivery men were fast efficient and friendly. Because of my experience with this business, I have become a repeat customer.
