I recently had Dean k. Come into our home and help us with much more then he anticipated... but he offered to do so ! He really wanted to help out,he went above and beyond to fix a few things that were set up wrong on our monitor forever
H never made me feel like I had any dumb questions or that we were wasting his time.
I was given a wrong quote originally on what the original call was for. But he called his boss and got things straightened out.and I honestly appreciated that so much.thank you

We’ve used Laser Star Monitoring for about 5 years without a problem. Scott did the installation and follow up and I found him to be an affable and trustworthy individual. Our system works great and when ever I had any questions he responded right away. I was surprised to read the critical reviews above but as my son who is managing partner of 4 of the top restaurants in Victoria says that satisfied customers seldom write positive reviews, it just does not occur to them.

The doctor and the all of the team members really care about our family. We love all the new tv screens that show our xrays. It is nice to have such a comfortable feeling when we go to the dentist.
