I have been seeing Dr. Kim for over 2 years. I have been a very difficult patient (switching from invisalign to braces due to lack of personal discipline). Dr. Kim was always patient, fair and honest. He went the extra mile to make sure I have a smile to be proud of. The staff was always well-mannered and organized. I would recommend the service to anyone looking for an orthodontist. Thanks again Dr. Kim and staff!

Tried couple of laser clinics using discounted coupons and I was very dissapointed.... I guess you get what you pay for. Then a friend of mine told me about this place. As an older adult, customer service is very important to me. I have been flying RC airplanes for a few years. The Sport Cub has SAFE and is a great plane to learn on. I decided to try something more challenging. I found the new transmitter very confusing. Well Hobby Hobby walked me through the controls, and now I'm ready to fly. They were very helpful and patiently answered my questions. Their service is the best in Mississauga, and I'm a customer forever.

One of the best experience in Canada. Able to see the process of rustproofing is just amazing. The guys who do the job are well trained. Every nook and corner of the car is covered. I like the fact they give a full hand wash for a sparkle after the spray job. Took my car back to these guys for a tiny hidden spot they missed, they were glad to spray again with a free wash. The owner for this location Peter is a role model for other owners who lack customer service skills. The management of Krown should video record Peter to see how well he handles his customers. They should use the video as a training tool to teach customer service for new employees. The price is too good to cover the full car ( not just the under). Well ,i will go back again every year.
