Alan installed our new garage door opener today and I can't say enough good things about his workmanship, cleanliness and his professionalism! He went out of his way to correct a badly installed garage door and replaced parts and adjusted other parts and this was all done with a smile on his face. I would highly recommend Norfolk Garage Doors to all!!!!

I had a very good experience with the team from Klimit Mechanical, I recently had a Lifebreath HRV installed. Doug came to my house and explained the options removing the old unit and installing a new unit. Once the unit was in, a two man team installed the unit and installed a new main control with new timers. They explained how the unit works and returned to adjust a timer to make sure I was happy. I needed a Furnace Filter Frame Insert made, Bayview Sheet Metal was recommended to me by a friend, I ordered the Frame Insert, a few days later my order was ready, the workmen ship was EXCELLENT, unfortunately I screwed up on the measurements, “my screwup”!, so I had Bayview make me a replacement, I was expecting to pay full price, when I went to pickup my Frame Insert they only charged me half price, I was shocked. My first experience with Bayview was second to none.

I have been dealing with this location Rona for the past 16+ years. I have had a few minor incidence but nothing to worry about( don’t sweat the small stuff). The staff are great to deal with, they spend time to explain the products. Cashiers, stocking, product counter, returns as well as the yard staff are all great.
