I had purchased the air conditioning unit from Richard and his team last May, however due to mechanical failure, the unit had started making loud noises. I reached out to Richard and within 24hrs, he had a technician coming over to check. We had a follow up call within 2 days and the unit completely stopped operational. This dentist has the most pleasing and welcoming staff. I’m new to the Invisalign journey and I couldn’t be happier to be doing it with this clinic. The staff are constantly reaching out to see how I’m doing, this includes the dentist himself! I highly recommend Zabi, who is absolutely amazing! He explained that my back knee actually originated from my overpronation. He takes the time to explains what he is doing. I have been to places in the past that push their products on you but Zabi did not push the grandma looking shoes in the clinic for me. In fact, he even recommended particular styles of Nike and Adidas. Definitely a cool doctor! I’ve been wearing my orthotics for 6 months, and have noticed a difference!
