This is the second time over a number of years that I have had to bring in my vehicle for repair. The work is alway excellent. But be prepared to set aside a chunk of your life to get the work finished. Imperial is very busy and getting your car finished in quick order is not their priority.
Bottom line, if you can wait, get your work done here. If you have a schedule, find someone else.

The waiting room and quality at CARSTAR is great and the prices are very reasonable. I had 2 other mechanic shops look at my Civic and they couldn't figure out the issue, one even said to change the differential ($3000), Carstar found the root cause, and not it's perfect for only $645. Honestly, most shop just guess since they don't have the high tech gadgets, so I will also go to Carstar now on. I actually went to Carstar for a collision repair but fortunately I found their mechanic shop too.

I had to go to emerg on a dull monday and had a very good service attendance.
All the rpn's and doctor on staff were caring friendly and very hard at work with a full non-stop clientele in the waiting.
Im so glad i had decided to go this day as i now have a very positive experience.
I hope that those who were on staff that afternoon get a high five for perfection.

I wanted a bay window in my living room for a long time and I finally wore my husband down. The next step was to actually buy the window but I had no idea where to look so I asked an old friend of mine. John Fase is a very knowledgeable and caring professional who helped with this life changing event. He was able to shed a light on many aspects that were new to me. Since it's a family business John took pride in doing a great job since it's his family's reputation on the line.
