We have acquired fresh water fish and plants from this retailer. The quality is the best in the city, the pricing is fair to good-cheaper than most competitors. The service is very good. Selections of more rare species could be better. We are mindful that we are buying livestock therefore things do not always go as expected-there is no blame for things going awry.

The best pet shop in Sudbury. Family owned, well stocked, with great variety of excellent foods, toys, equipment, and supplies. Staff are pleasant and always willing to help. They value their customers. Also a wonderful place to adopt Pet Save cats and kittens; and sometimes puppies.

I've had them groom my dogs a few times now and they are really excellent. My dog was abused before I adopted him, so he's incredibly difficult to manhandle,I can't even cut his nails at home by myself. She is so patient and kind with him and he always comes back looking beautiful! He's a small terrier and costs $60 for a full groom and cut, which is totally reasonable for his temperament and size. Our larger lab costs $50 for a bath and nail trim, which is also completely fair considering he's a bit skittish and can get bitey too. I would highly recommend Pampered Pets! They treat our pets so well and do a great job.
