found a pipe leaking underneath the bathroom sink early in the morning, turned off the shut off valve, called a friend to fix it and still continue to leak. called Encore told the receptionist my problem and was very receptive to my problem. Booked an appt. to come and Dostin came to fix the pipe. He was very professional and pleasant ,job well done .And fix ,placed the pipe the way where it's supposed to be..will definitely call them again. Highly recommended .They also warranty there work

This is the first time I have used this co and I was pleasantly surprised. Every one was very friendly professional and helpful. The quality of work was excellent. Yousef was out to our house to fix a clogged kitchen sink. He was able to free the clog using a snake. But he went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He replaced several worn out drain parts and fixed some flaws in the original install of the sink drain. And super friendly and professional.
