I brought my Dad here because he was losing his hearing and I gotta say we were both so pleased with the level of service and detail that went on here. Talk about a company that knows how to treat their customers. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of hearing services. My Dad can hear a lot better now.

My grandfather wanted me to come along to be his interpreter in Cantonese. When I got there, the practitioner can speak Cantonese which help saves the day as my Cantonese isn't the best. She was really thorough and took the time to explain everything to my grandfather. The practitioner even did a follow up call to see if he's adjusting well to the hearing aid. We are very impressed with the service.
