Excellent timely service...Water damage caused by faulty dishwasher...Andrew came out with an hour of our call for help...team Cheryl and Theresa came out an hour later..stayed for 4 hours...removed drywall, assessed damage sprayed with mold retardant and set up fans/dehumidifiers to dry out the basement and kitchen floor. This is definitely an A team. Timely, efficient and incredibly professional. Really helped reduce our stress and limited the water damage by their timely involvement.

I woke up yesterday to flooding in my basement and immediately googled Flood restoration in the GTA. The first company that came up was 5 Start Cleaning. I called the line and Bob diligently instructed me on how he was going to remove the water from my basement. His crew arrived 20 minutes later and worked on my basement all morning. Bob provided updates and Lisa called later in the day to check up on everything. Very good customer service. I would definitely recommend Bob and his crew!

When I first found that we had mold at our apartment, I didn’t think we would be able to ever get rid of it and thought we’d have to tear down walls, since it had spread to quite a large area. If you need fire restoration services then I recommend calling Restoration GTA. I used their services and I was very impressed with their professionalism and commitment to the job. They were quick to act and saved a lot of my photographs from permanent smoke damage. I think this company is one of the best fire restoration services in the business.
