This is truly one of the best Mexican restaurants around. The atmosphere is simple and as stated in other reviews, the seating is limited. The service was relatively fast and pleasant. What we ordered is listed below. Everything was fresh, delicious and the platters were balanced and well presented. It is clear that there is an underlying culinary passion at this restaurant that is rarely found these days. Reasonable prices make this an ideal spot for lunch or dinner. Made a reservation online, probably a good idea, heard it was a busy spot. We were late for our reservation but they honored it. And it was packed. I had the special, can't remember the type of beef but it was one of the best hamburgers I've ever had, and the poutine was also amazing. My girl had the turkey burger and sweet potato fries and she loved it. We also had the Pickle Fries (good) as a starter and two pints of beer, bill with tip was around $80. Ive been a loyal customer at Jerusalems on Eglinton for as long as i can remember and cant seem to get the same exotic flavours anywhere else in T.O. The best falafel, creamiest hummos, best entrees...restaurant is always busy but the always courteous staff manage to get patrons into the rest. without a long frustrating wait! Ive been to the Leslie location and it doesnt compare! One of the best restaurants in Toronto in my opinion and Ive been to MANY! Lire plus

I've been here a number of times and I'm never disappointed! Its a great place to bring friends to try something delicious and unique. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. I was there on a recent Saturday evening at 5:30 and had to wonder, though, why the hostess felt compelled to inform me that my table was booked at 7:30. It felt rather rude and unwelcoming. I have no control over the efficiency of your kitchen or servers. There must be a better way. A sign? A note on your website? Lire plus
