The visits feel personal and the dentists and staff are caring and professional. During Covid there was no gap in service and much attention was given to our protection. Excellent people to deal with. The other day in heavy fog a vehicle in front of me braked hard and came to full stop on Hwy, causing me to have to do the same. I had a crock pot full of soup which ended up ALL OVER the inside of my car. Vanessa and their crew were great to deal with and the job they did on my vehicle on such short notice was amazing! Thank you all. Highly recommend these folks!

We had a spring break on one of our shop doors at the farm, The guys from Canadoor came out within the hour, fixed the door temporarily so we could use it until the custom spring was ready. The next day they came to install the new spring. The door has never run better! I was very happy with the entire experience. They really are professionals.

Called to have our 2 family vehicles winter tires removed and all-season installed. Appointment arranged for next day. Advised me upon completion of above work, that once both vehicles had driven 200km to return and have the wheels tourqued. I called 2 days later and follow-up appointment was made for same day as this would take less than 1/2hr service to tourgue. Stan the mechanic was amazing and the overall experience exceptional. Not my first rodeo - great service every visit! Bravo!

Our central air system stopped working when the thermometer hit 40 celsius, and thank goodness for Aire One! Our landlord asked us to find someone in Barrie to fix it, and when the service fellow (Michael) showed up, it was up and running within the hour. He was pleasant and knew his stuff. I had a negative experience here.
They claimed to have done a thorough and proper undercoat in 20 minutes. I later learned that they only sprayed the visible and easy to reach areas (proper undercoat takes 90 minutes).. If you want a proper under coat done- go to oil tech in Midhurst. They're amazing and honest!
