The one-star comment has to be bogus! I have been going to this dentist for years. Because I moved many times to different cities, I have experienced dental care from quite a few dentists. This dentist is the BEST ever! My experience from being greeted at the door, going to the examination room, teeth cleaning, fillings and crowns, I could not ask for better care or treatment. All the staff, including the doctor, are kind and knowledgeable.

Walked in just to look. Was not followed around the store and given time to wander around. Just at the right time, someone came to offer assistance. We ended up buying 2 chairs.....even better....delivered the same day. Really outstanding help.

Prompt, polite and efficient. Had to have a pool heater connected. This job was completed neatly and quickly. Peter also made sure that our water heater pilot light was on since the gas supply was turned off the day before, to accommodate the removal of the old pool heater. He gave a price estimate prior to coming out, providing there were no surprises or obstacles. The price was fair and ended up being the final amount. Furthermore, he arrived when he said he would. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Denomme is an awesome dentist. I am a horrible patient that fears any unknown pain and I have extremely sensitive teeth. Dr. Denomme and his staff create a calming atmosphere and definitely makes his patients feel at ease. I just had emergency root canal and I was already in pain. He took his time and made sure I was frozen beyond frozen. I felt no pain at all. I would definitely recommend Tilbury Dental Care.

When I made my first appt, I told Wendy we would need months of counselling to get over the hurt and resentment me and my spouse had at each other. She assured me that with her solution-focused method we would not. It has been 6 weeks and my spouse and I are communicating and trusting each other like we never have. I have previous had an acupuncture treatment years ago. My knee has arthritis and thought I would try acupuncture. Well to my surprise, the treatment was awesome.
