I have eaten in most restaurants downtown, and one day decided to try Abruzzo. First impression was that is it a little too old style - decor was quite old fashioned. But over all nice and quiet. The food though makes up for short coming in the decor department. I can't say that they were as good as home made italian food, but came pretty darn close. The pizza at Niko's is amazing. The crust is thick but golden and delicious and the cheese is baked to perfection. It's a little pricey compared to its chain competitor, but one large pizza could feed four hungry adult males, trust me, I've seen it. My personal favourite is the vegetarian pizza with a side of greek salad! The ingredients are fresh and the shop itself is quaint and you can tell the owner is Greek and takes pride in his product.
