I love chatters at East hills, Andrew,is the best , great sense of humor. And awesome hair dresser, loves the way he does my hair, The staff is also Excellent ! Keep up the good work !!!!!!

While I adore some of the staff there it doesn’t really matter if they repeatedly mess up my appts. I make one appt, then change it when they ask me to to help out the stylist. Then I get a phone call one hour before my appt (that was made in advance ) and cancel me! If it was a one off I’d understand but it’s a repeat thing. All I get are “I’m sorry it’s a difficult booking system”. That’s it. So tired of Chatters Easthills excuses. Don’t bother if you need an “actual” appt time.
